As an LSA Primary, you will work alongside experienced teachers and staff, supporting pupils across different year groups. Learning Support Assistant – Primary Responsibilities: Support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities Assist with individual and small-group interventions Foster a positive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment Help pupils stay focused and engaged during lessons Prepare learning materials and classroom resources as needed Monitor and report on pupil progress and well-being Skills & Qualification for Primary LSA: Previous school-based experience as a Learning Support Assistant – Primary is desirable CACHE Level 2/3 in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and compassionate approach to working with children Availability for full-time or part-time hours Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one Why Join GSL Education?
