We have an exciting opportunity for a legal secretary. You will operate as part of a team of 5 where you will have the opportunity to collaborate and cross train with other members of the team to help the company build and grow their customer base in Northern Ireland.
What you will do
The duties of the post will include:
* Assist solicitor in preparing materials for trial, arbitration, or mediation
* Schedule Independent Medical Exams and provide examining physician with necessary records
* Draft responses to discovery demands
* Secretarial and administrative duties
* LAMS
* Meeting and greeting clients
* Diary management
* Minimum 1 year's experience working in a legal secretary or similar legal support role with litigation experience
* Meticulous with good attention to detail
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Minimum level of qualification GCSE's Maths and English Grades A - C or equivalent
* All candidates must evidence an existing right to work in the UK
