Key Experience We’re Looking For
* Background in mechanical or electrical work
* Qualified to at least NVQ Level 2
* Experience in fast-moving environments where downtime matters
* Comfortable diagnosing issues and finding practical solutions
* Familiarity with automation, warehousing, or logistics tech (a bonus, not essential)
* Basic computer literacy for updating logs or reports
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* A detail-driven, safety-focused approach
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the smooth running of on-site equipment and technology
* Handling day-to-day tasks that blend reactive and planned activities
* Working closely with other teams to keep the operation flowing
* Identifying issues, contributing ideas, and helping improve performance
* Using data and reporting tools to monitor equipment behaviour
