Clinic Launch Coordinator – Self-Employed
Norwich based – Flexible & Varied Role – Pathway to Full-Time Employment after 12 months

We're expanding our busy chiropractic clinic into a multi-disciplinary health and wellness centre (adding physiotherapy, acupuncture, massage, and more).

The clinic owner is limited on time — and that's where you come in.
What You'll Be Doing?
Your role is about making growth happen, you will be (but not limited to):
* Seeking, hiring, and onboarding clinicians from a range of professions
* Building our online presence through websites, social media, and paid ads
* Reaching and engaging patients through both organic and paid strategies
* Assisting with enquiries, calls, and patient bookings
* Supporting all the practical tasks needed to build the infrastructure for expansion
How You'll Be Paid?
This role is designed to reward your results:
Months 1–3 (Setup Stage): £500/month base retainer + 30% commission on revenue from new services
Months 4–12 (Growth Stage): £500/month base + 20% commission on revenue from new services
Generous bonuses when reaching certain revenue milestones
Potential earnings?
£40k+ in your first year, with uncapped growth.
At the end of the 12 months, the role has a clear pathway to a full-time employed Clinic Manager position

Where You'll Work?
A mix of:
* From home (online marketing, admin, recruitment tasks)
* At the clinic (meetings, onboarding, patient enquiries)
* Out and about (networking, sourcing clinicians, building partnerships)
When will you start?
Start: Mid September
Contract: 12-month self-employed contract
With option to move into a full-time employed Clinic Manager role if growth targets are achieved
