This service aims to improve the outcomes of people who are frequently using NHS urgent and emergency care.Working across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, the Link Worker will work directly with people who have accessed hospital Emergency Departments frequently and whose needs are likely to be complex but non-medical. The aim is to better understand each person and their needs that bring them to ED, but which cannot be met there.
