We are seeking a Services Planning and Delivery Manager to join our On-Wing Aftermarket Operations team, reporting to the Vice President, Services Control Centre (SCC). The role involves leading specialist planning and service delivery teams responsible for designing and managing our Line Replaceable Units (LRU) management services across a global customer network.
This position manages a team of over 10 professionals, focusing on the integration and delivery of LRU services contracted with our Total Care Agreement customers for all Trent and RB211 fleets worldwide.
The team also oversees Entry into Service readiness activities for LRU services, supports the Sales Director's campaigns, and is responsible for setting inventory levels to ensure material availability from initial provisioning to planning and acquiring parts for the Parts Availability Service (PAS) and AOG stores.
Collaborating closely with the Services Control Centre, Spares Support Group, LRU Supplier Management, Rolls-Royce Sales teams, and a global network of 130 Airline Support Team Service Representatives across fifty-five locations, the team ensures rapid response to LRU issues, minimizing passenger disruption.

* Lead, support, and motivate a highly skilled, multi-disciplinary team
* Forecast and support global Parts Availability Services (PAS) storage and marketing
* Assist customer teams with LRU Initial Provisioning (IP) at Entry Into Service (EIS)
* Coordinate customer orders through the LRU maintenance network
* Lead the Service Delivery team to meet customer requirements, acting as the primary interface between customer operations and vendor management
* Ensure contractual service levels for LRU Management and PAS are met
* Maintain awareness of customer contractual LRU management status
* Represent the voice of the customer to our logistics providers
