As part of our International Graduate Programme, you’ll work alongside senior leadership and Board‑level sponsors on strategic projects that shape the future of our business across the UK, Europe, the US, and China.

Who we’re looking for
* A Master’s‑level graduate
* 2–5 years’ experience in industry, consulting, tech, operations, sustainability, or strategy
* Curious, commercially minded, and comfortable working with senior stakeholders
* Ready to challenge thinking and help shape direction
