We’re looking for a Brand and Founder Content Manager to work closely with George Sullivan, Founder and CEO, and help build his profile as a leading voice in brand building, while supporting the wider visibility of The Sole Supplier.
This role is for someone who already understands the journey, knows the brand, and wants to help take it further.
You’ll work closely with the founder and take ownership of how that story shows up publicly.
What you’ll do
Founder voice and content
• Own how George’s thinking and experience shows up publicly
• Shape rough ideas into clear, well written content, mainly for LinkedIn
• Bring fresh content angles rooted in brand building, culture and founders
Content output
• Manage and maintain a consistent content rhythm across key platforms
• Turn talks, conversations and long form ideas into high quality content
• Work with editors or designers when needed to keep output high
Visibility and narrative
• Help grow George’s and The Sole Supplier’s visibility with the right audiences
• Support podcasts, talks and media opportunities through prep and messaging
• Turn company moments into stories that build brand authority
Planning and improvement
• Plan content weekly and keep things organised
• Track what lands and use that to improve over time
What we’re looking for
• Already familiar with The Sole Supplier and George’s journey
• Genuinely interested in brand building, founders and long term thinking
• Strong writing skills and a good instinct for tone of voice
• Experience in content, comms, PR or journalism (around 3 plus years)
• Comfortable working closely with a founder and shaping their voice, not your own
• Understands LinkedIn and modern social content
• Culturally aware and interested in brand, business and creators
• Organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership
This isn't a PR role and it isnt an influencer role.
It's about helping a founder show up better, more clearly and more consistently, and using that to build trust and visibility for the business.

• Hybrid role, London office 2-3 days per week depending on schedule.
