HIGH SCHOOLS
Balwearie High School – Cleaner
1. 20 hours per week – 2 posts (Monday to Friday 3:30pm to 7:30pm) 40-week permanent contract.
2. 10 hours per week – 1 post (Monday to Thursday 7.00am – 9.00am) 40-week permanent contract (Community).
PRIMARY SCHOOLS
Capshard Primary School – Cleaner
3. 20 hours per week – 2 posts (Monday to Friday 3.00pm to 7.00pm) 40-week permanent contract.
Kirkcaldy West Primary School – Cleaner
4. 20 hours per week – 1 post (Monday to Friday 3.00pm to 7.00pm) 40-week permanent contract.
5. 10 hours per week – 1 post (Monday to Friday 4.00pm to 6.00pm) 40-week permanent contract, Annexe Outdoor.
Torbain Primary School – Cleaner
6. 12.5 hours per week – 1 post (Monday to Friday 4.30pm to 7.00pm) 40-week permanent contract.
Burntisland Primary School – Cleaner
7. 10 hours per week – 1 posts (Monday to Friday 3.30pm to 5.30pm) 40-week permanent contract.
8. 12.5 hours per week – 1 posts (Monday to Friday 4.30pm to 7.00pm) 40-week permanent contract.
You will earn a competitive salary of £24,740.74 pro-rata and have access to a range of benefits, including:
9. We pay the Scottish Local Government Living Wage of £13.18 per hour for this post, plus extra payments for shift work, including weekends.
10. Pay is annualised for 40-week contracts (equal instalments every 4 week pay period)

This work is about ensuring pupils and staff can return to a clean and safe environment every school day. You will go home each day knowing you have made a difference. No previous experience is required as on the job training is given, working towards The Cleaning Operatives Proficiency Certificate
The Person
Before confirming your appointment, you will be required to obtain Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland and become a member of the relevant PVG scheme.
You will be required to attend an Induction Training Day before starting in post.
