We are seeking a motivated and organised Fundraising Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our cause and possess strong organisational and communication skills to effectively coordinate fundraising activities and work with the community to build relationships, raise awareness, and raise substantial amounts of vital funds for the organisation. About the role Work with the Community Fundraising Manager to develop a portfolio of varied and successful fundraising events/campaigns Coordinate/assist supporter led fundraising events, assisting them to gain publicity and raise the maximum amount for Isabel Hospice Assist the recruitment of a network of community ambassadors and community fundraising groups Find creative ways to publicise and promote Isabel campaigns & initiatives, working closely with our marketing team Build relationships and support local community groups, schools, individuals, and organisations Produce engaging marketing emails and write compelling web content for all community fundraising products and fundraising resources Prepare reports for the Community Fundraising Manager Manage and update databases to record donor contact and preference information, complying with GDPR regulations About you Experience of managing and working with fundraising databases Good analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to establish positive relationships at all levels IT literate including MS Office, with knowledge of fundraising/CRM databases, including all aspects of data gathering and migration, input and monitoring Ability to work collaboratively Experience in working in a customer focused environment Ability to manage demanding workloads including working to conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail Benefits 27 days holiday Flexible working Pension scheme Life assurance scheme Employee Assistance Programme Cycle to work scheme Health Service Discounts Refer a friend bonus If you're ready to use your experience and energy to connect communities and make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
