We’re currently working with a fabulous leading regional law firm with offices across Buckinghamshire, and London looking for a Compliance Officer to join a well-established compliance function.
This is a great opportunity for someone with solid compliance experience who enjoys being hands‑on and working across a broad range of regulatory matters. You’ll be joining a structured Risk & Compliance function and will play a key role in supporting the firm’s ongoing regulatory and risk management obligations.
The role?
* Client onboarding and ongoing due diligence
* Reviewing AML documentation and supporting SAR reporting to the MLRO
* Source of Funds / Source of Wealth investigations
* Admin support for Credas / EIDV systems, including user access and queries
* Monitoring PEPs and sanctions alerts
* Managing and responding to complaints, including Legal Ombudsman matters
* Advising on GDPR and data protection issues
* Supporting regulatory audits and accreditations, including corrective actions
