This is a dynamic role offering a genuine opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives, supported by a collaborative office and clinical network.
We pride ourselves on our reputation for clinical excellence, person-centred care and genuine compassion. If you’re a nurse looking to step into a leadership role with autonomy, peer support and a true sense of purpose – this is the role for you.
This is more than a clinical job – it’s a leadership opportunity within a supportive, values-driven organisation. 2. Leading clinical assessments, care planning and service user reviews
3. Mobilising and overseeing new care packages
4. Training, supervising and assessing competencies of non-registered staff
5. Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation

7. Promoting a responsive, person-centred approach that prioritises dignity and independence
8. You will provide oversight for clients with a range of complex needs, including:
9. Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) & Spinal Cord Injury (SCI)
10. Neurological conditions
11. Learning disabilities, autism, sensory impairment
12. Tracheostomy and ventilation management
13. Long-term physical and mental health conditions
We value joined-up care – you will work closely with case managers, commissioners and healthcare professionals to deliver safe, consistent, and holistic care.
