Key Responsibilities
* Drive growth initiatives to strengthen market presence in Cheltenham and the wider regional landscape
* Deliver expert legal advice on all aspects of private client work, including wills, trusts, LPAs, estate planning, probate, and complex estate administration
* Build and maintain strong client relationships and support the firm’s business development strategy
* Work collaboratively with other partners and practice areas across the firm
* Mentor junior lawyers and foster a culture of support, collaboration, and continuous growth
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and uphold the firm’s commitment to excellence
