What we’re looking for in our Deputy General Manager…
* Experience in high‑volume restaurants.
* Solid grasp of hospitality management.
* Proficiency in managing Profit & Loss (P&L) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Knowledge of Health and Safety and Licensing laws.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Ready to share your last five years of experience for a criminal record check.
