Your Responsibilities:
* Prepare and present high-quality dishes with consistency and flair
* Lead and support junior kitchen staff, fostering growth and teamwork
* Manage stock levels and uphold food safety standards
* Contribute to menu development and daily specials
* Maintain a clean, organised, and inspiring kitchen environment
What We're Looking For:
* Experience as a Sous Chef or a confident Chef de Partie ready to progress
* Passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients and creative cooking
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Solid understanding of food hygiene and safety regulations
