Field Service Engineer | Labelling Machinery | Midlands | Up to £45k
A high-profile global label machinery business, offering print and apply labelling systems for almost any type of packaging and all kinds of applications. Their machinery is a staple across the manufacturing and ecommerce sectors!
As Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Servicing and completing repairs on a full range of labelling machinery
* Planning preventative maintenance, unscheduled repairs and optimising the machinery
* Carrying out installations
* Working from home when not on site offering engineer support over the phone
* Travelling to client sites with occasional hotel stays with full expenses paid
Key attributes required:
* Electromechanical background with a systematic approach to problem solving
* Experience of light mechanics and pneumatics processes is preferable
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards fast paced deadlines
* Good understanding of PCs is essential and any experience on programmable logic controllers (PLCs) advantageous
* Must be based in the Midlands
