Responsibilities
* Regional Sales Manager position, selling and surveying a manufactured range of garage door products for a variety of domestic situations.
* Spend 20% of time based from home with 80% on the road.
* Manage 10-15 sales surveyors across the region.
* Coaching sales surveyors while accompanying on surveys, producing KPIs and reviewing performance.
* Deliver exceptional customer service during garage door surveys, providing expert product knowledge, accurate measurements, tailored quotes and closing sales.
* Collaborate closely with installation and closing sales teams.
Qualifications
* Experience in a field‑based role.
* Experience in people management.
* Ideally sales experience with a made‑to‑measure product.
* Preferably roller door experience; backgrounds such as windows, doors, blinds, KBB or related considered.
* Drivers licence.
* Autonomous in nature.
* Strong people skills.
