Role overview: The Senior Product Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence by leading the evolution of billing and revenue systems. The focus is on reducing billing errors, improving revenue assurance, and accelerating the delivery of impactful billing features and process improvements. This role ensures measurable enhancements in merchant experience and cash collection cycles while aligning operational delivery with commercial goals such as P&L performance and cash flow. It also supports the transformation of CRM, workflow tools, and billing platforms into scalable, future-ready systems. A core objective is delivering repeatable, systemic improvements across the revenue lifecycle that enable sustainable growth and long-term business value. What you will do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize improvements to billing, collections, cash flow, and merchant-facing processes. Define and deliver sprint ready user stories and product requirements to drive measurable change in P&L, revenue assurance, and merchant experience. Analyze complex operational, financial, and technical challenges to design pragmatic and scalable product solutions. Work closely with finance, operations, and technology stakeholders to ensure robust end-to-end execution of change. Continuously monitor product impact through data and feedback loops, iterating rapidly to refine and improve. Ensure systemic change through robust processes, policies, and platform evolution that reduce leakage and improve cash collection efficiency. Support initiatives linked to boarding and treasury functions as a value add, where relevant. Who you are: Product Orientation: Experience working within fast-paced product or agile environments with a strong delivery mindset. Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to understand end-to-end billing flows, root cause issues, and map processes that influence revenue. Experience in understanding and improving accurate merchant set up during onboarding and in life maintenance. Revenue & Assurance Knowledge: Deep familiarity with billing systems, revenue assurance, collections, and financial levers affecting cash flow. The ability to connect processes in accounts payable with accounts receivable and a background in Collections Strategy. Delivery Background: Previously operated as a Senior Product Manager, Senior Project / Programme Manager or Expert Business Analyst in complex change or transformation environments. Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to work across finance, tech, and operations teams to drive cross-functional outcomes. Communication: Able to distill and present complex topics in a clear, structured way to technical and non-technical audiences with strong experience in tailoring messages for the audience (C-suite down). International Exposure: Comfortable working remotely across geographies and traveling to European operational hubs as required. Desirable: Exposure to boarding, merchant lifecycle, and/or treasury operations.
