As a Care Assistant, you'll help residents with personal care, meals, and daily activities—always promoting dignity and independence. You'll provide companionship, support with mobility, and keep care records up to date. Whether it's helping someone get ready in the morning or enjoying a chat over tea, you'll make a real difference every day.
You'd have either your NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or a Care Certificate. If not, we ask that you bring 6‑12 months' experience working in a care home, ideally supporting older people or those with dementia. Most importantly, you'll bring a calm, reassuring nature and a real passion for people. We’re looking for someone with:
Qualifications
* A kind and observant approach to care
* Confidence in supporting elderly people during the day
* A commitment to teamwork and consistent care
* A warm smile
