We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Room Leader to join our Pre-school team. You need to be passionate Early Years professional who can support the Setting Manager to offer the best start for our little people and grow the business.

Key Operational Responsibilities:
· Demonstrate and ensure good practise and compliance with the current EYFS framework through adherence to Farm Work Play Policies and procedures.
· Work in partnership with parent/carers and other professionals
· Maintain all safeguarding practices using the Farm Work Play policies.
· Practise positive behaviour management techniques, ensuring the whole team are trained and confident in the consistent use of all techniques.
· Have a child centred approach, ensuring through monitoring that the teams' observations and planning process meets the needs of all children and their interests.
· Support and coach the team to promote diversity, equality and outstanding learning outcomes.
· Attend and lead staff meetings and training sessions including all mandatory training for continuous professional development.
· Deploy staff effectively to maintain staffing ratios in accordance with statutory regulations.
· Encourage a learning environment with an open thought process where all ideas are valued.
