We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic finance team. Duties
* Assist with accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
* Perform data entry tasks, maintaining up-to-date financial records in accounting software.
* Support the preparation of financial reports and statements as required.
* Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
* Utilise various accounting software, including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and Dext, to manage financial data effectively.
* Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements
* Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero and Dext is highly desirable.
* Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial services.
* Excellent data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in financial documentation.
* Previous experience as an accounts assistant or in a similar role is essential.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
