The company are looking for a reliable and proactive Admin & Warehouse Operative (Logistics) to support their growing business from their Hemel Hempstead site. This is a varied role combining warehouse operations, logistics coordination, and administrative supportideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and getting things done properly. Key Responsibilities: Receive, check, and book in stock deliveries Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch Maintain accurate stock records and carry out stock checks Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate with couriers Process orders, delivery notes, and general admin tasks Answer and manage inbound phone calls, directing or resolving queries where appropriate Take ownership of keeping the warehouse organised, safe, and efficient Candidate Requirements: You dont need to tick every boxthey value attitude, reliability, and ownership just as much as experience.
