About You: Were looking for someone who is motivated, empathetic, and ready to bring creativity and compassion into the classroom.
Requirements:
Degree-qualified, ideally with QTS/QTLS (or willing to work towards it).
Experience working in a school or alternative provision environment.
Sound understanding of SEN and inclusive education.
Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Confident teaching English, Maths, or Science (Grade 4/C or higher).
Commitment to safeguarding, equality, and student wellbeing.
