Are you passionate about digital systems and making technology work better for people? One YMCA is looking for a forward-thinking Housing Systems Officer to help us maximise the value of our modern digital tools and applications across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the smooth running, development and continuous improvement of our housing systems and wider business applications. The Housing Systems Officer has two key areas of responsibility: • Supporting the Housing Systems Manager in the day-to-day operation of housing systems services, working closely with our managed service providers to ensure systems are provisioned efficiently and effectively. • Working collaboratively with a wide range of One YMCA departments to ensure we collectively achieve the best possible value from our business applications. • You will quickly develop a deep understanding of a diverse portfolio of systems, including: CRM systems, Housing property management systems, Expenses management systems & Finance systems • You will also be actively involved in wider ICT projects, such as: Expanding our use of Microsoft 365, Supporting the development of our cyber security programme, Delivering end user training, Supporting digital change and innovation across the organisation This is a highly varied role that offers the chance to work across all areas of One YMCA and make a real impact on how we use technology to support both staff and service users. Key Responsibilities • Support the smooth, effective operation of housing systems and business applications • Work closely with managed service providers to ensure systems are delivered and maintained efficiently • Engage with teams across One YMCA to understand, scope and improve their business application needs • Assist with ICT projects including Microsoft 365 development, cyber security initiatives and digital transformation • Provide user support and deliver training where required • Help drive continuous improvement in how digital systems are used across the organisation We are looking for someone who: • Is comfortable with change and enjoys learning new systems and technologies • Can demonstrate experience of working with Microsoft Windows systems, including Microsoft 365 / Office 365 CRM systems (such as Salesforce, Pyramid, or similar platforms) • Is enthusiastic about using digital technology to improve business processes and service delivery At One YMCA, you’ll be part of a values-led organisation that puts people at the heart of everything we do!
