At JOST GB, we keep the transport industry moving—and we’re looking for a commercially driven Sales Account Manager who’s ready to take ownership of our distributor relationships across the UK and Ireland. This role blends customer care with sales strategy. You will be building trust, spotting opportunities, and helping our partners thrive with JOST’s world-class aftermarket solutions. Sales territory can be defined based on your living area, preferably we would position Northern part of UK


🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

• Act as the primary contact for our customers —ensuring they receive top-tier support and value.

• Strengthen customer loyalty by delivering proactive solutions, technical insight, and dependable service.

• Identify sales opportunities within your accounts—introducing relevant products and promotions that meet evolving customer needs.

• Own your territory: Plan visits, manage time, and make regular customer site calls (2–3 overnights per week expected).

• Resolve issues swiftly, collaborating with technical and internal teams to deliver seamless support.

• Use CRM tools to monitor performance, forecast demand, and share actionable account intelligence with the wider team.

• A customer-centric, sales-savvy mindset—focused on creating value and nurturing long-term relationships.

• Strong commercial awareness and a knack for spotting growth opportunities within your accounts.

• Technical confidence (or the drive to learn fast) with commercial vehicle products and aftermarket solutions.

• Experience managing key accounts, ideally in a technical, service-focused, or aftermarket sales environment.

• Self-motivation and independence—balanced with strong teamwork and communication skills.
