Primary Teacher
Location: Worthing
Salary: £150 – £210 per day (Depending on Experience)
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Type: Day-to-day / Long Term, Full-time / Part-time

GSL Education are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teachers to join schools across Worthing.
As a Primary Teacher, you will plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages, supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of your pupils. You will work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and teaching assistants to create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive.
Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons tailored to pupils’ needs.
* Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 in their learning and development.
* Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and parents.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive learning space for all pupils.
Primary Teacher Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE, or equivalent.
* Experience teaching in primary schools is desirable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong classroom management and organisational abilities.
* A clear understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
* Have an updated CV and an Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or willingness to apply via GSL Education
