We’re looking for a compassionate Autism Support Worker to join our team of brilliant educators across primary schools in Bradford. You’ll be working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who have autism, helping them build confidence, access learning, and enjoy their school day. What you’ll be doing: Supporting children with autism across classroom and sensory settings Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to adapt lessons and routines Using communication tools and strategies (like PECS, visual timetables, or Makaton) Creating a safe, structured space where pupils can thrive You’ll be great for this role if you: Have experience supporting children or young people with SEND (especially autism) Are patient, understanding, and confident in your approach Can bring positivity and structure to every day Have a genuine passion for helping pupils reach their full potential Why join Protocol Education?
