An exciting opportunity has arisen for motivated individuals seeking a position as an Enablement Worker within East Ross. These positions will work across the East Ross district, particularly in the more rural areas of the district. These posts will involve the successful applicants providing assistance or support to people in their own homes. Applicants should be able to demonstrate a self-motivated and dynamic approach, have good team working abilities, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering personalised care whilst ensuring health and social care standards are maintained along with NHS values. Applicants should ideally have an SVQ2 or be willing to work towards it. Previous experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided A CURRENT DRIVERS LICENCE AS WELL AS USE OF YOUR OWN CAR IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.
