what You'll Do
* To plan, supervise and report upon the work activities of the Stock Control Team
* Ensuring the daily activities of the Stock team are completed in a timely manner
* Supporting the customer with any stock queries and investigating stock discrepancies - leading the weekly customer update call
* Communicating and monitoring KPI's within the team
* Conducting probation reviews, performance reviews, absence management and investigations
this Role Would Suit People Who
* Experience in Inventory or Quality Control role is desirable
* Previous people management experience within a supply chain environment
* IT literate with experience using Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems. Red Prairie experience would be advantageous
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
