Encourage positive behaviour, participation, and independence among pupils. Provide support for pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development. Uphold high standards of safeguarding, inclusion, and classroom practice. What You’ll Bring as a Teaching Assistant: Previous experience working in a school or educational setting (preferred but not essential). A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting children’s learning. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Patience, flexibility, and the ability to engage pupils of varying abilities. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
