Finance Business Partner – EMEA
A global organisation is seeking a highly commercial Finance Business Partner to play a key role in driving commercial performance across a strategically important EMEA market. This position offers the chance to work closely with senior leaders, influence investment decisions, and shape financial outcomes in a complex, international environment.
You will be the primary financial voice for a high‑visibility market, providing insight that directly impacts growth, profitability, and strategic direction. The role combines analytical depth with commercial partnership, making it well‑suited to someone who wants to move beyond reporting and actively influence business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
* Build financial models and deliver analysis that guides commercial strategy.
* Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with market leadership.
* Provide clear interpretation of performance drivers and recommend actions.
* Oversee monthly reporting, sales forecast validation, and contract reviews.
* Evaluate promotional ROI and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
* Partner with shared service teams to ensure accurate and timely financial processes.
What You Bring
* Strong financial analysis and business partnering experience.
* Confidence working with senior stakeholders and presenting insights.
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management.
* Advanced Excel capability.
* Ideally experience of working in a multinational environment.
* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; professional qualifications are a plus but not essential.
