The Role of the Account Manager The Account Manager will play a key role in strengthening relationships with national clients, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and to high standards. You will act as a central point of contact for your accounts and work closely with internal teams to exceed client expectations. Key responsibilities include: * Managing and developing strong, lasting relationships with key national accounts * Acting as the main liaison for maintenance services and product delivery * Coordinating project timelines and updates with internal teams * Monitoring client communications and portals, ensuring prompt responses * Logging projects on the ERP system and keeping invoice dates accurate for forecasting * Supporting compliance processes such as advertising consent applications About You – Account Manager We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to relationship management.
