Transaction-level roles for early-career finance professionalsPart-qualified accounting positionsSenior-qualified roles for experienced finance specialistsCommercial finance positions across various industry sectorsRole Responsibilities:
Build and develop a strong network of high-calibre finance and accounting professionalsConduct in-depth candidate sourcing and screening for commercial finance positionsDevelop and maintain relationships with key clients in the finance and commercial sectorsManage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate identification to final placementConduct thorough candidate interviews and skills assessmentsPrepare candidate shortlists and support clients through the interview and selection processAchieve and exceed monthly sales and placement targetsMaintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases and client recordsEssential Requirements:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within finance and accounting sectorsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong sales and negotiation abilitiesProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsProficiency in recruitment technologies and CRM systemsBachelor's degree preferred, though equivalent professional experience will be consideredAbility to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentWhat We Offer:
