As an HR Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in turning data into insight that shapes strategic decision‑making across our HR function. What will your day look like?
Data Analysis & Reporting
* Collect, clean, and analyse HR data from multiple sources (Oracle, Thrive - LMS, Networx - ATS).
* Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, or similar tools.
* Identify trends and provide actionable insights to HR leadership.
AI & Automation Support
* Partner with the stakeholders to evaluate use cases for AI tools and technologies for HR processes.
* Assist in designing and testing AI-driven solutions, such as:
* Predictive analytics for attrition and workforce planning.
* Supporting automation of repetitive HR tasks (e.g., reference letters, onboarding workflows).
* Supporting delivery of chatbots or virtual assistants for employee queries.
* Help monitor and report on the impact of AI initiatives, including efficiency gains and employee experience improvements.
Compliance & Governance
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with HR policies and regulations.
* Conduct regular audits and maintain secure HR data systems.
Collaboration
* Work closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver insights.
* Present findings through clear visualisations and concise reports.
What do we expect from you?
* Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with HR systems (Oracle, Networx).
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data sets.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI).
Desirable
* Knowledge of HR metrics, workforce planning, and predictive analytics.
* Knowledge or experience in AI and/or automation technologies.
* Exposure to machine learning concepts or AI governance frameworks.
Education & Experience
* Degree in a STEM subject (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent experience.
* Proven post-graduate experience in HR analytics or other data-focused role.
