Electrical Site Manager - Milton Keynes - £450 Per Day - Outside IR35 - 6 Month Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support a building services project in Milton Keynes. This is a contract opportunity focused primarily on electrical installations, BMS integration, and metering works within a commercial environment.
This role will suit a technically strong electrical professional with proven site leadership experience and the ability to manage subcontractors, compliance, and programme delivery.

* Location: Milton Keynes
* Rate: £450 per day
* IR35 Status: Outside IR35
* Contract Length: 6 Months
* Hours: 40 per week
* Start: Immediate / ASAP
Role & Responsibilities
* Managing on-site delivery of electrical installation works
* Overseeing electrical subcontractors and specialist engineers
* Ensuring compliance with current electrical regulations and standards
* Managing Health & Safety and CDM requirements on site
* Reviewing and signing off electrical documentation and certification
* Conducting site inspections and quality checks
* Coordinating BMS, metering, and associated electrical integration
* Managing site progress in line with programme milestones
* Acting as the main point of contact for client and consultant communications
Skills & Experience Required
* Minimum 5 years' Site Management experience within the electrical or building services sector
* Strong background in commercial electrical installations
* Experience managing BMS and metering projects
* SMSTS qualification (essential)
* Valid CSCS Card
* First Aid at Work certification
* Strong understanding of CDM regulations
* Excellent leadership and communication skills
