Junior Sales Account Executive – Bewdley, Worcestershire. 3 days office based, occasional time at Aston HQ and industry events. Salary: up to £40,000 + commission, cOTE £60,000 first year. Benefits include 5% pension and flexible core hours.

Responsibilities
You will support sales and marketing activities, generate new business opportunities, reach out to potential clients, identify opportunities, and start conversations with law firms interested in modernising their technology. You will create engaging LinkedIn content, support email campaigns, develop digital marketing initiatives, manage CRM updates, reporting and client communications, and assist with webinars, events and content marketing.
Qualifications
* Decent education – A‑Levels, degree or equivalent
* At least a few years experience in sales or marketing
* Full UK driving licence
* Ambitious and motivated by success
* Smart, curious and eager to learn
* Strong written and verbal communicator
* Organised and proactive
* Confident speaking with clients and senior leaders
* Team player with a positive can‑do attitude
