Performance Objectives
1. Preparing and delivering proposals to support sales efforts and drive through to completion
2. To ensure that proposals are in line with corporate branding and agreed styles
3. Interacting with customers and suppliers to understand requirements and specifications
4. Collaborating with Commercial, Tooling, Engineering and quality to formulate bid processes for customer requests
5. Ensure timescales are achieved at each step of the bid process, including all internal governance, while taking the initiative in setting realistic deadlines
