Responsibilities of Sous Chef
* Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations
* Lead and motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food standards
* Ensure consistent preparation and presentation of fresh, seasonal menus
* Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP compliant)
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
* Contribute to menu planning and development
* Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations
About you
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
* Experience within contract catering, high-volume catering, or business & industry dining preferred
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Passion for fresh, quality food and modern menu development
