Secondary School Behaviour Mentor
If you're confident supporting in a classroom and managing behaviour, Protocol Education are searching for Behaviour Mentors who can step in, support, and steer students back on track. Secondary schools across North Bristol and South Gloucestershire need confident, compassionate adults who can build trust fast and hold clear boundaries.
Responsibilities
* Support behaviour plans
* Lead positive reintegration strategies
* Be the trusted go-to when things wobble
Requirements / Qualifications
* Have experience with young people
* Know how to de-escalate and defuse difficult situations
* Can work 1:1 with students needing a bit more guidance

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
