Access Hub Practitioner Salary Band: £25,000 to £27,500 FTE Per Annum (pro rata) Part Time Hours: 18 – 25 hours per week Locations: Worcester Contract Type: Permanent Closing date: Thursday 16th June 2026 Interviews: Tuesday 23rd & Wednesday 24th June 2026 Make a difference from the very first conversation. As part of an exciting expansion of our Access Hub team, we are looking for compassionate, skilled individuals to become the first friendly voice people hear when they reach out for support. Every day brings something new - from welcoming children, young people, families and vulnerable adults, to triaging enquiries, assessing need, evaluating risk, and guiding people to the right help. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring people can access the support and services that best meet their needs. We are particularly interested in hearing from applicants who have existing knowledge, experience, or a strong understanding of neurodivergence and the needs of neurodivergent children, young people, adults, and their families. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, supportive environment where compassion, calmness and clear communication make all the difference. We’ll provide comprehensive, tailored training to help you feel confident listening, triaging, recording information, assessing need, and connecting people with services that can make a real difference to their lives.
