We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our products and services across various sectors. Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
* Conduct B2B sales presentations, demonstrating product benefits and negotiating favourable terms
* Manage a pipeline of leads using IT tools, maintaining accurate records of interactions and sales progress
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop customised solutions that meet client needs
* Organise appointments, follow-ups, and meetings efficiently using excellent time management skills
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
* Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles with a strong track record of achieving targets
* must have background/knowledge in the electrical/mechanical engineering sector
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively
* Valid driving licence with the ability to travel regularly for client meetings
* Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
* Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills
