Salary: £36,000 - £41,000 plus eligibility for £125 monthly London Weighting Allowance, van, tools, company bonus scheme and regular overtime

Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Carpenter & Plumber who also has skills in other trades to join our team. We’re looking for someone who can deliver a first class service to our properties covering Camden, Chelsea, Shepherd’s Bush and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities
* Carry out a wide range of maintenance, responsive repairs, void works & property MOTs connected with all aspects of their specialist trades and any secondary trades.
* Ensure works are carried out in an efficient way and completed within required deadlines.
Qualifications and requirements
* Experienced Carpenter & Plumber with skills in other trades and good customer care.
* Must hold a valid UK driving licence as a company vehicle will be provided for work use only.
* Eligible to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered. You are required to reside in England or Wales for the duration of your employment.
