• Lead and support the Occupational Health team on sites
• Support long-term absence cases and rehabilitation plans
• Report on health trends and absence data
• Drive health promotion campaigns and wellbeing programmes
• Collaborate with colleagues and external providers to ensure high-quality care
Experience/Qualifications – Occupational Health Specialist
• Registered General Nurse (RGN) with Occupational Health experience
• Experience in health promotion and assessments
• Confident in data analysis and reporting
• Candidates who are currently an Occupation Health Advisor, OCA Advisor, OHA, Occupational Health Practitioner, Occupational Health Consultant and Occupation Health Manager could be suitable for this role.
