What We’re Looking For
* Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience in a systems leadership role.
* Proven experience with HR information systems and reporting tools.
* Strong understanding of HR data governance, statutory reporting requirements and GDPR compliance.
* Experience in leading teams or project-based work, with a focus on process improvement and digital transformation.
* A passion for using data to drive people-focused insights and organisational success.
