Facilities Coordinator (Onsite)Location: Crawley, West Sussex (Onsite role)Hours: 40 per weekContract: Temporary / ContractStatus: Inside IR35Rate: Up to £13.92 per hourAbout the RoleWe are seeking a proactive and customer focused Facilities Coordinator to join a high performing onsite team supporting a leading global organisation within the life sciences and healthcare sector. This is a key front line role, acting as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and service partners, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a busy corporate facility.You will play an essential part in maintaining a safe, functional, and high quality workplace environment, helping to deliver an exceptional day to day experience for all building users.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary interface for clients, visitors, and guests, delivering a professional and service driven experience at all timesSupport day to day building operations including coordination of multiple service lines across the facilityCarry out light building maintenance tasks and escalate issues where requiredManage goods in, mailroom, and internal distribution activitiesRespond to and resolve issues relating to building services including cleaning, catering, vending, security, parking, furniture, and meeting spacesProvide hands on support across the facility as required to ensure smooth operationsLiaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure work is completed efficiently with minimal disruptionMonitor service delivery performance and support achievement of KPIs and SLAsReport operational issues and performance updates to the Facility ManagerMaintain a strong focus on continuous improvement and client satisfactionEnsure timely follow up on client requests and service issuesSupport coordination of onsite services and ensure a consistently high standard of workplace experienceUndertake any additional duties required to support the facility and wider teamAbout YouStrong customer service background, ideally within facilities management, property, hospitality, or corporate servicesComfortable working in a fast paced onsite environmentExcellent communication and problem solving skillsProactive, hands on, and solutions focused approachAbility to coordinate multiple service streams and manage competing prioritiesStrong attention to detail with a commitment to service excellenceWhy This RoleThis is an opportunity to join a globally recognised real estate and facilities management organisation, supporting a major client site with a strong reputation for operational excellence.
