We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in nurturing and developing the potential of young children in a safe and stimulating environment. This position requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Must have relevant qualification L3 or above
Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging educational activities that promote children's learning and development.
* Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for all children.
* Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement.
* Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and well-being.
* Manage classroom behaviour in a positive manner, ensuring a safe environment for all children.
* Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning experience.
* Lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm and drive in all activities.
Skills
* Strong leadership qualities to inspire both children and colleagues.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
* Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
* A nurturing approach towards childcare, with the ability to engage effectively with young learners.
* Familiarity with nursery settings is advantageous.
