Job Description
The Marketing Executive will be based in our Belfast office (Mallusk), with occasional travel to our head office in Portadown.
This is a new role within our dynamic, energetic and friendly Bid and Marketing Team, and will be pivotal to Irwin M&E’s ongoing growth and success. The Marketing Executive role will include:
* Overseeing the delivery of the company Sales and Marketing Strategy
* Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote company services and brand awareness
* Liaise with internal departments to support their marketing needs, e.g. HR for recruitment campaigns, SHEQ for sustainability campaigns, etc.
* Market research and development of new markets to aid company growth strategy, e.g., Energy and Renewables, etc.
* Overseeing all internal and external communication, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, maintaining a consistent message/tone across all channels
* Updating and maintaining company website and social media channels, including content planning and posting
* Monitoring of analytics across company website and social media channels to identify trends and ensure continuous improvement
* Working with third parties as required, e.g. web developers, photographers, etc.
* Design and development of all marketing material, ensuring consistency in line with brand guidelines, e.g. brochures, branded promotional items, etc.
* Maintaining and updating project/case study portfolio, including site attendance for photography/videography of completed projects
* Organising and attending events and trade shows, e.g. Balmoral Show
* Working with the Commercial and Bid Teams to maximise lead generation
Criteria
* Hold a third-level Business/Marketing degree, or similar
* Experience of software applications used for creating, editing, and managing various forms of media, including images, videos, audio, and interactive content
* Experience in managing and updating websites
* Full UK driving licence
Whilst not essential, it would be advantageous for the candidate to have:
* Previous experience within construction, or a service industry
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within a B2B professional environment
