They seek a Head of Promotions to drive the strategic and financial success of their event portfolio, ensuring profitability, relevance, and demand.
The Role: Head of Promotions
This leader will oversee a diverse portfolio of ticketed events, managing a team of promoters to grow revenue, audience, and brand presence. The role requires expertise in event curation, ticketing, pricing, sponsorships, and multi-market expansion.
Experience:
* 10+ years in live event promotions, talent booking, or ticketing with a profitably scaling track record.
* Experience managing multi-city or international events.
* Data-driven ticketing and pricing expertise.
* Strong industry relationships.
* Leadership in managing teams across locations.
* Financial acumen including P&L management.
* Experience with major promoters or independent agencies.
* Knowledge of sponsorship and brand activations.
* Experience expanding brands into new markets.
* Understanding of global music trends and audience behaviors.

* Securing commercial partnerships.
* Developing marketing strategies.
Market Positioning & Industry leadership
* Representing the company at industry events.
* Understanding market trends and consumer behavior.
* Strategic leadership and data-driven decisions.
* Negotiation and influence skills.
* Scaling brands across regions.
* Managing risks and navigating challenges.
