As a Customer Service / Administration / Contracts Executive, you’ll play a crucial part in the rollout of Go Green’s European service offering. This role involves supporting customer and supplier relationships, managing operational workflows, and ensuring excellence in service delivery. Duties & Responsibilities: Manage and nurture a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally. Liaise with supply chain partners daily to coordinate orders and maintain service standards. Maintain accurate and compliant customer and supplier documentation. Log client communications, pricing updates, and service data using internal systems. Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant services. Handle a range of administrative tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. Continuously contribute ideas to improve internal processes and the overall customer journey. Essential Attributes: Bilingual in Portuguese, Spanish, or Polish. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Confident and personable, with a customer-first mindset. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Capable of making sound decisions independently and efficiently. Comfortable working in a dynamic and varied role. Demonstrated negotiation skills. Good geographical knowledge of Portugal, Spain, or Poland. Why join us?
