Overview:
It's A PEOPLE THING. Supporting sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants with local property expert knowledge, and advice throughout the Sales and Lettings process.
Following our recruitment of an apprentice to support our Lettings business last year who is in the final stages of completing her level-2 course to become a full time permanent member of the team, we are looking for someone to join support the property Sales side of the business.
Duties:
* Answering inbound sales enquiries.
* Arranging viewings
* Gaining viewer feedback,
* Sending property marketing reports
* Attending viewings
* Dealing with Offers
* Supporting the conveyancing process dealing with buyers/sellers/solicitors
* Maintaining information with our market leading CRM system
* Identifying and developing opportunities through our lead management system and prospect database.
Qualifications:
* A-Levels or equivalent.
* Degree preferred but not essential.
* FULL driving license.
Personal Qualities:
* Confidence and empathy engage with people, with the natural ability to build rapport and talk on a peer-to-peer basis.
* Attention to detail.
Salary, Hours, Benefits:
* £12,480 per annum
* Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm.
* Alternate Saturdays 10am – 2pm once sufficiently trained.
What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?
The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 2 Junior Estate Agent Qualification through Learning Curve Group.
You will be taught through:
* 4-6 Weekly 1-2-1 Sessions with your tutor
* 6 weekly hours of Off The Job Training
* The course is a 12 month programme
